Delivery is £4.50 per order and we offer FREE delivery for orders over £100 (mainland UK only, excluding heavier items).
Mainland UK Delivery
If you live inside mainland UK, depending on what you order your parcel will be delivered by either Royal Mail or Hermes (excluding heavier items).
- Larger orders will be sent with UPS, whilst smaller and lighter parcels are sent with either Royal Mail or Evri.
- Delivery times can vary, however we aim to dispatch all orders within 2/3 working days from the day the order is made
- During busy periods, such as Christmas, our delivery times may take a little longer

Heavy goods (UK only)
Please email us to arrange a shipping quotation in advance of placing an order. We will also discuss a suitable delivery date and time with you. We can only offer heavy goods delivery to Mainland UK.

We now offer worldwide delivery with UPS, please email us with your order requirements and we will get back to you with a quotation.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Little Feathered Nest.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us in an unused condition within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty.
Please ensure the parcel is packaged well to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit, and that goods are returned to us in a re-sellable condition. Please note this also includes any custom made packaging that is provided with the goods. Otherwise we may not be able to offer you an exchange or refund. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
Goods that arrive damaged will be refunded back to the original payment method or replaced. Please keep the original packaging and email a photograph to [email protected]
If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
